Awards
February 2006: 44 Raglan Lane was selected for exhibition in the
RIAI Regional Awards.
April 2006: 44 Raglan Lane was selected for exhibition at the AAI
Annual Exhibition.
November 2005: We were presented with the OPUS Award for Buildings
Under €5m for 44 Raglan Lane.
February 2004: Bray Promenade Lights received an RIAI Regional
Award.
Recent Commissions
June 2006: We were appointed architects for the prestigious new
FAI Headquarters in Abbotstown, Co. Dublin.
June 2006: We were appointed architects for by the Department of
Education and Science for new primary schools in Athlone, Castledermot
and Cork.
Major Planning Achievements
March 2006: A proposed development at Bolton Hall, a protected
structure site in Rathfarnham, was granted planning permission.
September 2005: A development of 22 units at Rosses Point, Co.
Sligo, was granted permission by Sligo County Council.
Projects Under Construction
The Willows: a large extension and refurbishment of a dwelling
in Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
Capel Street: mixed retail and residential development on Capel
Street, including new build and refurbishment of a protected structure.
Recently Completed Projects
June 2006: 84 & 85 Marlborough Street and 1 & 1A Cathedral
Street, a mixed development which includes apartments, offices
and retail.
December 2005: Teagasc, Johnstown Castle. The provision of
research and administrative facilities to Teagasc laboratories
in Wexford.
September 2005: Praktiker, the redevelopment of a large retail
centre in Okecie, Poland, including the provision of 12,000m2 of
new retail space.
