Ballsbridge Park Planning Grant

Mahoney Architecture are very pleased to unveil our design for One Ballsbridge Park which recently received Planning permission for our Client @ Core Capital Limited. Our Development team’s collective vision is to create a dynamic sustainable and flexible workspace delivering the optimum experience for the occupier, whilst enhancing the public realm and minimising impact on the natural environment. The building features vibrant and intelligent facades, designed to minimize solar gains during summer while maximizing incoming sunlight and views to the outside. The building aims to achieve very high standards of environmental performance and targets LEED platinum certification. Wellness will also be at the core of the design with well-lit, open-plan office spaces and extensively landscaped exterior spaces serving all floors. The design focuses on biophilic and sustainable design to maximise connectivity between the workplace and the natural outdoor environment. The building strives to be Dublin’s first Truly Zero-Carbon Commercial Office Development and is due to be completed in late 2023.
