Ballymoss House is an existing office building originally constructed in 2000. We were commissioned by U+I to carry out a complete retrofit of the building to deliver Grade A office accommodation . The extent of works includes recladding approximately 40% of the façade and converting an existing central lightwell into a dramatic light filled atrium. The office interiors will be initially brought back to shell condition and then refurbished to Cat A finish including new restrooms, lifts, landlord areas, all services , ceilings and raised floor. New shower and locker facilities for cyclist will be provided in the basement and the exterior areas will be comprehensively landscaped including a new public artwork. Construction work is scheduled to begin in May 2018 and due to be completed in early 2019.
